Burkhard Hirsch stellt in seinem Leserbrief dar, dass Terrorismus nur durch Auseinandersetzung mit seinen Ursachen zu bew\u00e4ltigen ist, nicht etwa durch polizeiliche oder milit\u00e4rische Ma\u00dfnahmen.
