Es wies eine Verfassungsbeschwerde des fr\u00fcheren Vorsitzenden der Humanistischen Union, Till M\u00fcller-Heidelberg, zur\u00fcck. Der Anwalt hatte gegen das seit 1. Juli 2005 geltende Gesetz geklagt, weil es nicht den Vorgaben des Bundesverfassungsgerichts entspreche. Dieses hatte am 3. M\u00e4rz 2004 die Vorschriften zur akustischen Wohnraum\u00fcberwachung teilweise f\u00fcr verfassungswidrig erkl\u00e4rt und insbesondere einen Schutz des „absoluten Kernbereichs privater Lebensgestaltung” verlangt.<\/p>\n

… M\u00fcller-Heidelberg hatte ger\u00fcgt, dass der von Karlsruhe geforderte Schutz nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet sei. Sowohl die Beschreibung der besonders gesch\u00fctzten R\u00e4ume als auch der besonders gesch\u00fctzten Personen stehe im Widerspruch zum Urteil \u00fcber den Lauschangriff.<\/p>\n
