Zwar wird nach Ansicht des Verfassungsgerechtes durch den Einsatz des Ger\u00e4ts in das Grundrecht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung eingegriffen. Doch sei das zur wirksamen Strafverfolgung gerechtfertigt.
