Die Humanistische Union (HU) und zahlreiche weitere B\u00fcrgerrechtsorganisationen warnen seit Jahrzehnten vor einer anlasslosen Speicherung von B\u00fcrgerdaten zum Zwecke der Strafverfolgung.[1] Die Vorratsdatenspeicherung verst\u00f6\u00dft n\u00e4mlich gegen Grundrechte und untergr\u00e4bt eine freie Gesellschaft.[2] Entsprechende Gesetze sind daher vom Bundesverfassungsgericht, vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht und zu guter Letzt vom Europ\u00e4ischen Gerichtshof verworfen worden.<\/p>\n

Jetzt versucht Bayern eine Neuauflage, wor\u00fcber am Freitag, 16.12.2022 im Bundesrat entschieden werden soll.[3] Der federf\u00fchrende Rechtsausschuss hat dem Bundesrat empfohlen, sich mit diesem Antrag nicht zu befassen.[4]<\/p>\n

Dem ist nichts hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n
