Mai als Feiertag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die B\u00fcrgerrechtsorganisation Humanistische Union fordert den Bundestag auf, den 8. Mai <em>als Tag der Befreiung<\/em> von nationalsozialistischer Herrschaft und V\u00f6lkermord und als Tag der Erk\u00e4mpfung und Verteidigung demokratischer Werte zum nationalen Feiertag zu erkl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>Der 8.Mai ist von entscheidender Bedeutung f\u00fcr die demokratische Entwicklung nicht nur Deutschlands durch die vier Befreierm\u00e4chte selbst, sondern bedeutet vor allem die Befreiung Europas und der Welt vom deutschen Faschismus. Der 8. Mai als Feiertag sollte ein Zeichen setzen im Kampf gegen gegenw\u00e4rtige und zuk\u00fcnftige Versuche faschistischer Restauration in rechtsextremen Parteien und Organisationen.<\/p>\n<p>Denn wer vor der Vergangenheit die Augen verschlie\u00dft, wird blind f\u00fcr die Gegenwart.<\/p>\n<p>Ehren wir also am 8. Mai als nationalen Feiertag Deutschlands, ehren wir Freiheit und Recht als kategorische Werte unserer Demokratie!<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Tag sollte somit nicht nur ein Gedenktag f\u00fcr die Opfer des deutschen Faschismus sein, sondern ein k\u00e4mpferischer Tag der Demonstrationen f\u00fcr unsere Demokratie und gegen rechtsextremes Gedankengut.<\/p>\n<p>Wir fordern alle demokratischen Organisationen und Parteien auf, sich dieser Forderung nach einem bundesweiten Feiertag am 8. Mai anzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Der 8. Mai 2025 als 80.
