Nie zuvor hat im Geltungsbereich des Grundgesetzes der Staat so tief in Grundrechte eingegriffen. Der Themenkomplex Corona muss deshalb f\u00fcr eine B\u00fcrgerrechtsorganisation von herausragender Bedeutung sein. Der HU-Bundesvorstand hat dazu im April 2020 ein Positionspapier beschlossen (<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/37etTG5).\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/37etTG5).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Am 4. Februar 2021 haben HU-Mitglieder und einige nahestehende Nichtmitglieder den AK Corona-Krise und Grundrechte der HU gegr\u00fcndet. Im Arbeitskreis sind Leute mit sehr verschiedenen Meinungen versammelt. Bei allen Unterschieden in der Einsch\u00e4tzung des Virus und der gesundheitlichen Aspekte einen uns humane Werte, die Solidarit\u00e4t mit den schw\u00e4cheren Gesellschaftsmitgliedern und die Orientierung an den Grundrechten in ihrer Gesamtheit. Meinungsunterschiede werden in einem sehr sachlichen und wertsch\u00e4tzenden Klima diskutiert. In einem am 4. M\u00e4rz 2021 beschlossenen Positionspapier hat der Arbeitskreis f\u00fcr unsere Arbeit grundlegende Standpunkte festgehalten (siehe unten). Darauf aufbauend haben wir eine Pressemitteilung zum ersten Jahrestag des ersten Lockdown beschlossen und uns gegen Ausgangssperren positioniert. Aktuell diskutieren wir \u00fcber Sonderrechte f\u00fcr geimpfte Menschen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Arbeitskreis trifft sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig alle zwei Wochen donnerstags um 19 Uhr zu einer Online-Runde. Daneben findet der Austausch in einer Mailingliste statt und es gibt nach Bedarf Unter-Arbeitsgruppen.
