April hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht den bayerischen Verfassungsschutz in die Grenzen gewiesen und viele der \u00dcberwachungsbefugnisse im bayerischen Verfassungsschutzgesetz (BayVSG) beanstandet. Wesentliche Teile des Regelwerks sind verfassungswidrig, darunter auch Regelungen zu Staatstrojanern und v.a. die zentrale Norm f\u00fcr Auskunftsersuchen des Landesamts f\u00fcr Verfassungsschutzes. Andere angegriffene Vorschriften gelten bis Ende 31.7.2023 weiter.
