Sp\u00e4testens seit der Correctiv-Rechere zum „Geheimplan Remigration“<\/a>, an dem auch prominente AfD-Politiker teilgenommen haben, wird wieder dar\u00fcber diskutiert, ob es m\u00f6glich und legitim ist, ein Verbotsverfahren gegen die „Alternativ f\u00fcr Deutschland“ einzuleiten. Zuvor hatte auch schon das Deutsche Institut f\u00fcr Menschenrechte<\/a> begutachtet, dass es zu einem Verbot der Partei kommen k\u00f6nnte. Ein solches Verbotsverfahren muss von Bundestag, Bundesrat oder Bundesregierung initiiert werden und wird vor dem Bundesverfassungsgericht entschieden.<\/p>\n

Die Humanistische Union ist sich derzeit nicht einig, wie sie zur Idee einer Verbotsverfahren stehen soll. In der ersten Folge des HU-Podcasts B\u00fcrgerrechte aktuell\u00a0<\/em>diskutieren daher Carola Otte und Philip Dingeldey in einem Streitgespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber die Vor- und Nachteile eines solchen Verbotsverfahrens aus b\u00fcrgerrechtlicher und demokratischer Perspektive.<\/p>\n
