Die Regeln der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung zur Zusammenarbeit und Kohärenz der Datenschutzaufsicht. In: vorgänge Nr. 231\/232 (3-4\/2020), S. 87-97<\/p>\n

Die Koordination der Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörden in der Europäischen Union soll Auslegung und Vollzug der 2018 in Kraft getretenen Datenschutzgrundverordnung möglichst weitgehend vereinheitlichen. Sie soll auch verhindern, dass sich internationale Konzerne, die in großem Umfang personenbezogene Daten verarbeiten, dort ansiedeln, wo die Datenschutzkontrolle am schwächsten ausgeprägt ist. Der folgende Beitrag zeigt, dass diese Ziele seit 2018 in Teilen, aber noch nicht vollständig erreicht wurden.<\/i><\/p>\n
