Der Stadtratsbeschluss vom 13.12.2017 und seine Folgen&#8220; einen Veranstaltungsraum zu vermieten (siehe hierzu den Bericht <a href=\"http:\/\/suedbayern.humanistische-union.de\/veranstaltungen\/veranstaltungsdetail\/back\/2019-1\/article\/meinungsfreiheit-in-gefahr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/suedbayern.humanistische-union.de\/veranstaltungen\/veranstaltungsdetail\/back\/2019-1\/article\/meinungsfreiheit-in-gefahr\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Wir sehen das Grundrecht auf Meinungsfreiheit Art. 5 GG verletzt, deshalb unterst&uuml;tzen wir die Klage eines M&uuml;nchner B&uuml;rgers. Die m&uuml;ndliche (Berufungs-)Verhandlung am 27. Mai 2020 beim Bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshof (VGH) l&auml;sst hoffen, dass der Beschluss gekippt wird. Das Gericht sieht die Meinungsfreiheit unzul&auml;ssig eingeschr&auml;nkt.<\/p>\n<p>Der vorsitzende Richter am bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshof stellte fest, dass<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>der VGH die Klage von Klaus R. in der Hauptsache f&uuml;r berechtigt h&auml;lt, <\/li>\n<li>Art. 5, Grundgesetz, zu sch&uuml;tzen ist.
