Oktober 2017 referierte Reinhard Neubauer &uuml;ber Reichsb&uuml;rger. Das Gerichtsurteil im Fall des sogenannten &#8222;Reichsb&uuml;rgers&#8220; von Georgensgm&uuml;nd verschaffte der lange schon geplanten Veranstaltung am selben Tag mit Reinhard Neubauer gr&ouml;&szlig;ere &ouml;ffentliche Aufmerksamkeit. In Form eines &#8222;M&auml;rchens&#8220; berichtete der Justitiar des Landkreises Potsdam Mittelmark im Stadtverordnetensitzungssaal der Universit&auml;tsstadt Marburg &uuml;ber eigene Erfahrungen mit &#8222;Reichsb&uuml;rgern&#8220; und dem Umgang damit.<\/p>\n<p>Das Manuskript seines Vortrags steht online auf der Homepage der HU Marburg unter: <a href=\"http:\/\/hu-marburg.de\/2017\/10\/23\/geschichten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/hu-marburg.de\/2017\/10\/23\/geschichten<\/a> -aus-dem-paralleluniversum-vortrag-ueber-rei chsbuerger\/. Ein Video-Mitschnitt der Veranstaltung steht online auf dem Youtube-Kanal der HU Marburg unter <a href=\"http:\/\/tv.humr.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/tv.humr.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Neubauer besch&auml;ftigt sich seit 1988 pers&ouml;nlich und seit 2004 beruflich mit sogenannten &#8222;Reichsb&uuml;rgern&#8220;. Er ist Autor mehrerer Aufs&auml;tze zu diesem Thema. In Marburg f&uuml;hrte er eine Schulung f&uuml;r Besch&auml;ftigte beim Landkreis Marburg-Biedenkopf und den Kommunen sowie am Abend eine &ouml;ffentliche Veranstaltung der HU Marburg, der Stadt Marburg und des Vereins &#8222;Str&ouml;mungen&#8220; durch. In der anschlie&szlig;enden Diskussion erwies er sich als &uuml;beraus profunder Kenner der Szene und ihrer Protagonisten sowie der unterschiedlichen Argumentationslinien.
