M&auml;rz 2011 ihren Parallelbericht zum f&uuml;nften Staatenbericht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland &uuml;ber die Implementierung des Internationalen Paktes &uuml;ber wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Rechte ver&ouml;ffentlicht. Das ad-hoc Netzwerk von 20 zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen, darunter auch die Humanistische Union, erg&auml;nzt und kommentiert in dem 80 Seiten starken Papier kritisch den Staatenbericht der Bundesrepublik von 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Im Parallelbericht fordern die Organisationen unter anderem die Abschaffung des Sachleistungsprinzips im Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz, der sogenannten Residenzpflicht f&uuml;r Asylsuchende und der vollst&auml;ndigen Streichung der Hartz-IV-Leistungen als Sanktion. Weitere menschenrechtliche Anliegen sind die &Uuml;berpr&uuml;fung der psychiatrischen Zwangsbehandlung von Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung sowie die Abschaffung der Studiengeb&uuml;hren.<\/p>\n<p>Am 6. und 9. Mai 2011 wird die deutsche Bundesregierung dem UN-Ausschuss f&uuml;r wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Rechte &uuml;ber die Umsetzung dieser Rechte in Deutschland Rechenschaft ablegen. Die Nichtregierungsorganisatio- nen der wsk-Allianz werden bereits am 2. Mai dem Ausschuss die in ihrem Bericht beschriebenen Probleme bei der Umsetzung sozialer Menschenrechte in Deutschland schildern. Im Anschluss wird der UN-Ausschuss Empfehlungen an Deutschland aussprechen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dokumente:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>5.
