Unter dieser &Uuml;berschrift diskutierten am 10. Mai VertreterInnen aus Wissenschaft, Verwaltung und Politik &uuml;ber die Konsequenzen aus der Verfassungsgerichtsentscheidung zu den Hartz IV-Regels&auml;tzen f&uuml;r Kinder. Im Mittelpunkt standen dabei verfassungsrechtliche Fragen sowie die Auswirkungen auf Arbeitsmarkt und Kinderarmut. Die Tagung war eine Kooperation von Humanistischer Union und Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
