(SL) Unter dem Titel „Ich habe doch nichts zu verbergen, oder?“ hatten die HU Marburg und das Zentrum für Konfliktforschung an der Philipps-Universität am 28. Oktober Burckhard Nedden (Foto: links) zu einem Vortrag eingeladen. Der frühere niedersächsische Datenschutzbeauftragte referierte über aktuelle Angriffe des Staates auf die informationelle Selbstbestimmung, etwa die Vorratsdatenspeicherung und die Steuer-ID. Anhand alltäglicher Verrichtungen skizzierte Nedden, wo und wie oft die Bürgerinnen und Bürger ihre Datenspuren im Alltag hinterlassen und wie diese weiter verwendet werden können. Neben der staatlichen Sammelwut warnte Nedden vor den Gefahren der Datenschnüffelei durch Arbeitgeber und Unternehmen.<\/p>\n
