Die Frage wurde auf der letzten Bundesdelegiertenkonferenz, M\u00fcnchen 2003, sehr kontrovers diskutiert. Dort war bereits beschlossen worden, die Diskussion auf dem folgenden Verbandstag fortzusetzen.<\/p>\n

Damals waren zahlreiche Teilnehmer nicht mit der Stellungnahme des Bundesvorstandes einverstanden, die auf Anforderung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vor dessen Entscheidung erstellt worden war (Welche Chance!). Sie sahen den „Kopftuch-Streit“ – im Gegensatz zum Bundesvorstand – nicht als eine rein juristische, sondern vor allem als gesellschaftliche und politische Frage. Dies hatte – im Gegensatz zum BV – die reaktion\u00e4re islamische Unterst\u00fctzungsorganisation des „Kopftuch-Prozesses“ sehr wohl erkannt.<\/p>\n
