Mitteilungen Nr. 181, S.4<\/p>\n

Der Bundesvorstand der HUMANISTISCHEN UNION hat beschlossen, gemeinsam mit der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung und dem Humanistischen Verband eine Tagung zum Thema „W\u00fcrdig sterben“ in der Humanistischen Akademie Berlin auszurichten.
Die Tagung soll am 29. und 30. November 2003 stattfinden. Unter anderem sollen rechtliche Aspekte der Sterbehilfe, wie etwa die Frage nach einem verfassungsrechtlichen Anspruch auf Sterbehilfe und Fragen der Gestaltung von Patientenverf\u00fcgungen beleuchtet werden.
Neben ethischen und juristischen Aspekte sollen auch die prak-tischen Fragen der Durchsetzung des Patientenwillens Gegenstand der Tagung sein.
