November 1999 in M\u00fcnchen (Literaturhaus) eine Tagung zu &#132;Trennung von Staat und Kirche&#147;. Das Tagungsprogramm stand bei Redaktionsschlu\u00df noch nicht endg\u00fcltig fest, dies ist nur ein erster Hinweis auf die sicherlich spannende Veranstaltung. Die Themen und Stichworte: Die Kirchenprivilegien: Kosten &#150; Nutzen, Schaden?Kirchensteuer, Milit\u00e4rseelsorge, Religionsunterricht, Theologische Fakult\u00e4ten\/Hochschulen, Wohlfahrtswesen\/Kirchen-Arbeitsrecht, Staatsleistungen und Beratung durch Kirchen: Mitsprache bei \u00a7 218, Pille, Sterbehilfe, Familienrecht &#8230;Die Trennung von Staat und Kirche. Wie soll sie aussehen, welche Wege f\u00fchren dorthin, wie haben andere europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder die Trennung vollzogen? Kirchenmitgliedschaft durch pers\u00f6nliche Erkl\u00e4rung? Neutraler Unterricht \u00fcber Religionen, LER?
