Eignen die Datenschutzerkl&auml;rungen sich, um eine informierte und sinnvolle Entscheidung zu treffen? Wissen wir jetzt, wer unsere Daten zu Bewegungsprofilen, Einkaufs- oder Nutzerprofilen verarbeitet? Und an wen die Daten weitergegeben werden? Ist die Frage &#8222;Wem geh&ouml;ren unsere Daten?&#8220; gekl&auml;rt? Sind unsere Pers&ouml;nlichkeitsrechte jetzt gewahrt? Was k&ouml;nnen wir selber tun? Was wird wohl erst noch von Gerichten entschieden werden? Wie ist der Stand der Datenportabilit&auml;t? Welche erweiterten Kontrollbefugnisse haben die Datenschutzbeauftragten mit der DSGVO bekommen?
