April 2014,<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p>19 Uhr in der Hochschule f&uuml;r Philosophie, Kaulbachstra&szlig;e 31 a, M&uuml;nchen<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem Podium<\/p>\n<p>Robert Harrison, FDP (EP-Kandidat)<\/p>\n<p>Christine Kamm, Die Gr&uuml;nen (MdL)<\/p>\n<p>Bruno Kramm,<\/p>\n<p>Die Piraten  (EP-Kandidat)<\/p>\n<p>Sabine Leidig, Die Linke (MdB)<\/p>\n<p>Andreas Maslo, CSU (EP-Kandidat)<\/p>\n<p>Maria Noichl, SPD (EP-Kandidatin)<\/p>\n<p>Moderation<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Behm, Rechtsanw&auml;ltin, und Dr. Fritz Glunk, Publizist<\/p>\n<p>Eintritt frei  &ndash; Spenden erw&uuml;nscht<\/p>\n<p>Die HU M&uuml;nchen-S&uuml;dbayern unterst&uuml;tzt dieses Hearing, weil wir in dem Abkommen erhebliche Probleme f&uuml;r Demokratie und Rechtsstaat sehen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Veranstalter: Attac M&uuml;nchen<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Unterst&uuml;tzer: GEW, Bund Naturschutz, Umweltinstitut M&uuml;nchen, B&uuml;ndnis Nachhaltigkeit Bayern, E.F.Schumacher-Gesellschaft, HU RV Mch-S&uuml;dbayern, Landesbund f. Vogelschutz.<\/p>\n<p><b>Konzerne profitieren &ndash; Menschen verlieren<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die T&uuml;ren sind geschlossen, wenn die Europ&auml;ische Union mit den USA &uuml;ber die sogenannte Transatlantische Handels- und Investitionspartnerschaft (TTIP) verhandelt. Zugang haben nur 600 Wirtschaftslobbyisten. Und es geht nicht nur um Z&ouml;lle, sondern vor allem um die Beseitigung sogenannter Handelshindernisse.<\/p>\n<p>Wie man aus &auml;hnlichen Vertr&auml;gen wei&szlig;, z. B. mit Kanada, drohen den Menschen:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"auto-created\">Gefahren f&uuml;r Sozial- und Umwelt&shy;stan&shy;dards<\/h2>\n<p>In der EU noch verbotene genmanipulierte Nahrungsmittel, Chlor- und Hormonfleisch sollen erlaubt, das Fracking-Moratorium abgeschafft werden. Die Versch&auml;rfung von Umweltschutzgesetzen w&uuml;rde praktisch unm&ouml;glich gemacht. Das geltende Vorsorgeprinzip soll einer Schadensersatzregelung weichen. Der Mindestlohn w&uuml;rde zum &bdquo;Investitionshindernis&ldquo;.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"auto-created\">Gefahren f&uuml;r staatliche Leistungen<\/h2>\n<p>Kommunen und L&auml;nder d&uuml;rfen k&uuml;nftig nicht mehr die regionale Wirtschaft st&auml;rken. Kommunale Versorgungseinrichtungen (Wasser, Elektrizit&auml;t, Bildung, Krankenh&auml;user) sollen international ausgeschrieben und von internationalen Konzernen &uuml;bernommen, also privatisiert werden.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"auto-created\">Gefahren f&uuml;r Verfas&shy;sungs&shy;rechte<\/h2>\n<p>Konzerne werden in den Rang souver&auml;ner Staaten erhoben und k&ouml;nnen wegen Minderung ihrer Gewinne vor einer geheimen Schiedsstelle gegen Staaten klagen; die entgangenen Gewinne bezahlen die SteuerzahlerInnen. Gew&auml;hlte Gremien k&ouml;nnen keine Gesetze mehr zur Re-Regulierung oder Re-Kommunalisierung beschlie&szlig;en.
