Vom Niveau der Gespr\u00e4che nicht entt\u00e4uscht wurden die Zuh\u00f6rer beim Vortrag zum Thema \u201eVersagen gegen Rechts \u2013 Verfassungsschutz abschaffen?\u201c.<\/p>\n

Die SPD Kaufbeuren und die Humanistische Union S\u00fcdbayern hatten k\u00fcrzlich ins Hotel \u201eGoldener Hirsch\u201c eingeladen. Dort referierte Dr. Klaus Hahnzog, Mitglied des Bayerischen Verfassungsgerichtshofes. Oberb\u00fcrgermeister Stefan Bosse \u2013 fr\u00fcher selbst bei der Polizei \u2013 setzte sich in seinem Gru\u00dfwort f\u00fcr die Polizisten als solche ein und betonte, dass zwar Fehler gemacht worden seien, man aber aus diesen auch gelernt habe und auf keinen Fall \u201eauf dem rechten Auge blind sei\u201c.<\/p>\n

Hans Grapenthin, Vorsitzender der SPD Kaufbeuren und Neugablonz, fasste danach in seinen Ausf\u00fchrungen den Stand der Erkenntnis aus den Untersuchungsaussch\u00fcssen von Bund und L\u00e4ndern zusammen. Er kam zu folgendem Schluss: Es sei nicht von der Hand zu weisen, dass Staatsanwaltschaft, Polizei und Verfassungsschutz bei der Verfolgung der rechtsextremen Gruppe NSU (Nationalsozialistischer Untergrund) Fehler begangen habe. Der Verfassungsschutz m\u00fcsse sich sogar \u201eTotalversagen\u201c vorwerfen lassen.<\/p>\n

Trennungsgebot aufrecht erhalten<\/p>\n

Referent Dr. Klaus Hahnzog stellte anschlie\u00dfend in seinem Vortrag seine Erfahrungen mit dem Bayerischen Verfassungsschutz dar. Er k\u00f6nnte sich nicht mit einer Abschaffung des Verfassungsschutzes abfinden \u2013 nachrichtendienstliche Mittel w\u00fcrden dann n\u00e4mlich wahrscheinlich bei der Polizei angesiedelt und diese dann mit einer Machtf\u00fclle \u201e\u00e4hnlich Stasi und Gestapo\u201c ausgestattet werden. Deshalb sollte seiner Meinung nach das Trennungsgebot aufrecht erhalten bleiben.<\/p>\n

Eine Reform des Verfassungsschutzes sei aber unbedingt notwendig, wobei dieser nicht dem Innenministerium, sondern dem Justizministerium unterstellt werden sollte. Der Pr\u00e4sident als Oberhaupt m\u00fcsse gew\u00e4hlt werden und einer st\u00e4rkeren parlamentarischen Kontrolle unterliegen. Entschieden trat der Vortragende f\u00fcr die \u201eFreiheit\u201c ein, sie sollte das h\u00f6chste Gut sein, wogegen \u201edie Sicherheit nicht den Rang eines Grundrechtes\u201c habe.<\/p>\n

Keine befriedigende Antwort<\/p>\n

In der nachfolgenden Diskussion fand die Idee des Bundesinnenministers Friedrich, den Verfassungsschutz zu st\u00e4rken, starke Ablehnung. Auf die Fragen, vor allem der t\u00fcrkischen G\u00e4ste, warum bei den Anschl\u00e4gen in Kassel und K\u00f6ln nicht besser ermittelt und Kamerabilder ausgewertet wurden, konnte im Rahmen des Vortrags keine befriedigende Antwort gegeben werden. So manches mehr, was mit dem Verfassungsschutz \u201eim dunklen verborgen\u201c bleibt, konnte auch an diesem Abend nicht g\u00e4nzlich ins \u201erechte Licht ger\u00fcckt\u201c werden.<\/p>\n
