Greven. An deren Ende stehe lediglich eine Anh&ouml;rung im EU-Parlament und vor der Kommission. Letzterer bleibt es jedoch v&ouml;llig frei gestellt, wie sie sich zu der Initiative verh&auml;lt. Auch f&uuml;r die k&uuml;nftige Mobilisierung (direkt-)demokratischer Potenziale in der EU sieht Greven wenig Chancen: &#8222;<i>Es fehlt an der Existenz einer ausdr&uuml;cklich f&uuml;r die demokratische Vertiefung der EU mobilisierenden und k&auml;mpfenden transnationalen Massenbewegung der B&uuml;rgerinnen und B&uuml;rgern. Es fehlt an einer begeisterungsf&auml;higen Europaidee, die auch die jungen Menschen wie Ende der 40er\/Anfang der 50er Jahre ergreift.<\/i>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Sie k&ouml;nnen den vollst&auml;ndigen Vortrag von Michael Th.
