Welche Grenzen setzen zugleich unsere Freiheiten polizeilichem Handeln?<\/p>\n<p>Der Bremer Gesetzgeber beantwortet mit dem Entwurf zur &Auml;nderung des Bremischen Polizeigesetzes diese Frage freiheitsbeschr&auml;nkend: <br \/>Aufenthaltsanordnung und elektronische Fu&szlig;fessel f&uuml;r terroristische Gef&auml;hrder*innen, Video&uuml;berwachung an mehr &ouml;ffentlichen Orten und pr&auml;ventive Telekommunikations&uuml;berwachung sollen unter anderem erlaubt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Aber entsprechen diese Gesetzesversch&auml;rfungen zugunsten der Polizei unseren grund- und menschenrechtlich gesch&uuml;tzten Freiheiten?
