Sie sind alle Mitglieder des Abgeordnetenhauses, Mitglieder des Innenausschusses und, bis auf Florian D\u00f6rstelmann, die amtierenden innenpolitischen Sprecher.<\/p>\n

An dem Abend wollen wir uns auf die aktuellen Herausforderungen des Katastrophenschutzes und das Landesantidiskriminierungsgesetz konzentrieren. Die Coronavirus-Pandemie und die Hochwasser-Katastrophe zeigten, dass der Katastrophenschutz nicht so aufgestellt ist, wie wir uns das w\u00fcnschen. Was muss sich in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren \u00e4ndern? Wie kann Berlin sich besser auf Pandemien und Umweltkatastrophen vorbereiten? M\u00fcssen Kompetenzen verlagert werden?<\/p>\n

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der Diskussion wird das Landesantidiskriminierungsgesetz sein. Das Gesetz enth\u00e4lt einige Bestimmungen, die es nur in Berlin gibt. Die Regierung h\u00e4lt die bisherige Anwendung des von ihnen verabschiedeten Gesetzes f\u00fcr eine Erfolgsgeschichte, die fortgeschrieben werden muss. Die Oppositionspolitiker w\u00fcrden es, wie sie uns in den Videointerviews sagten, nach der Wahl am liebsten wieder abschaffen. Wir wollen \u00fcber die Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr reden und wie gegen Diskriminierungen vorgegangen werden kann und muss.<\/p>\n

Die Podiumsdiskussion ist ein Teil unserer innen- und justizpolitischen Wahlpr\u00fcfsteine f\u00fcr die Wahl des Abgeordnetenhauses am 26. September.<\/p>\n

Es gibt von uns kommentierte Kurz-Interviews Burkard Dregger (CDU), Paul Fresdorf (FDP), Benedikt Lux (B\u00fcndnis 90\/Die Gr\u00fcnen), Niklas Schrader (Die Linke), Karsten Woldeit (AfD) und Frank Zimmermann (SPD). Wir fragten sie nach ihren wichtigsten innen- und justizpolitischen Vorhaben in der n\u00e4chsten Legislaturperiode und auf welches Gesetz der aktuellen Legislaturperiode sie besonders stolz sind bzw. welches Gesetz sie sofort wieder abschaffen w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n

In einer 36-seitigen Brosch\u00fcre sind die Antworten der im Abgeordnetenhaus vertretenen Parteien (SPD, CDU, Die Linke, B\u00fcndnis 90\/Die Gr\u00fcnen, AfD und FDP) auf unsere Fragen enthalten. Zu jeder Frage gibt es au\u00dferdem eine Stellungnahme der Humanistischen Union. Wir fragen, wie Berlin eine sichere und lebenswerte Stadt werden kann, was gegen Pandemien und extremistische Bestrebungen getan werden muss, ob der Verfassungsschutz abgeschafft werden soll, ob es ein Verbot von Gesichtserkennungs-Software im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum geben soll, ob das Housing First Projekt fortgef\u00fchrt werden soll, was die dringendsten Aufgaben im Strafvollzug sind und wie die Demokratie zukunftsf\u00e4higer gemacht werden kann.<\/p>\n
