Die Stadt war bei zwei Versuchen unterlegen, die Veranstaltung mit gerichtlicher Hilfe zu verhindern. \u201eEs ist nicht hoch genug zu bewerten, dass nach 3 1\/2j\u00e4hriger Blockade die Grundrechte der Meinungs- und Versammlungsfreiheit erstmals wieder in \u00f6ffentlichen R\u00e4umen in Anspruch genommen werden konnten,\u201c erkl\u00e4rte Dr. Christa Scholtissek , Landesvorstandsmitglied der Humanistischen Union. Sowohl das M\u00fcnchner Verwaltungsgericht wie auch der Bayerische Verwaltungsgerichtshof hatten in Einstweiligen Anordnungen die Veranstaltung \u201eBDS, der Bundestag und die Pal\u00e4stina-Solidarit\u00e4t\u201c zugelassen, die gleichzeitig in sechs weiteren deutschen St\u00e4dten stattfand. Die Teilnahme im EineWeltHaus war wegen Corona auf zehn Personen (mit Maskenpflicht) begrenzt, die Veranstaltung konnte aber zugleich online verfolgt werden (eine Aufzeichnung liegt vor).<\/p>\n<p>Der Bayerische Verwaltungsgerichtshof hat in seinem Urteil vom 17.11.2020 den Stadtratsbeschlu\u00df zu BDS vom 13.12.2017 als Verletzung von Verfassungsrechten gewertet, \u00dcber die von der Stadt eingelegte Revision wird das Bundesverwaltungsgericht am 1.
