April 2024 ist das lange erwartete Cannabis-Gesetz (CanG) in Kraft getreten<\/a>. Ist das wenigstens ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung? Ist das Gesetz, entgegen aller Warnungen, umsetzbar? Entspricht es dem Stand der Wissenschaft, oder m\u00fcsste der Gesetzgeber konsequent weitergehen? Und wie viel Selbstbestimmung erm\u00f6glicht das CanG? Am 17. April 2024 hat die Humanistische Union dazu eine virtuelle Podiumsdiskussion abgehalten. \u00dcber das CanG haben diskutiert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Philine Edbauer (Aktivistin).<\/li>\n<li>Clivia von Dewitz (Richterin),<\/li>\n<li>Heino St\u00f6ver (Gesundheitswissenschaftler) und<\/li>\n<li>Moderation: Johannes Feest (HU-Vorstandsmitglied).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zum Hintergrund: \u201eSchafft das Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelgesetz ab!\u201c, titelte schon im Jahre 1989 die Zeitschrift der Humanistischen Union. Abgedruckt war eine Rede, die J\u00fcrgen Roth auf der Delegiertenkonferenz der HU in Frankfurt am Main gehalten hatte. Darin hie\u00df es: \u201eDie nationalen Regierungen m\u00fcssen endlich zur Kenntnis nehmen, dass ihre Prohibitions-Politik gescheitert ist. Sie hat Abh\u00e4ngigen gro\u00dfes Leid zugef\u00fcgt und gleichzeitig einen profitablen Drogenhandel geschaffen. Diese Organisationen bedrohen den Frieden und die soziale Stabilit\u00e4t \u00fcberall auf der Welt\u201c. Konsequent wurde eine Entkriminalisierung des Drogengebrauchs gefordert. Vor Kurzem hat auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanistische-union.de\/publikationen\/vorgaenge\/vorg-243\/publikation\/kriminalisierung-drogenkonsumierender-menschen-in-deutschland-wie-weiter\/\">Heino St\u00f6ver<\/a> in den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanistische-union.de\/publikationen\/vorgaenge\/vorg-243\/\"><strong>vor<\/strong><em>g\u00e4ngen<\/em> (Nr. 243: Kritische Kriminalpolitik)<\/a> gegen die Kriminalisierung drogenkonsumierender Menschen und f\u00fcr einen Abbau repressiver Strukturen zugunsten gesundheitlicher Unterst\u00fctzungen und Hilfen gefordert.<\/p>\n<p>Hier k\u00f6nnen Sie sich die Aufnahme der Podiumsdiskussion anh\u00f6ren.
