Nein, keinesfalls.<\/p>\n

Wir vertreten die Auffassung, dass unser Zusammenleben so weit es geht zivil geregelt werden sollte und sprechen uns f\u00fcr eine weitest gehende Enthaltsamkeit gegen\u00fcber strafrechtlichen Sanktionen aus. Nur wenn sich individuelle Schutzbed\u00fcrfnisse gar nicht anders gew\u00e4hrleisten lassen, sollte der Staat zum Mittel des Strafrechts greifen.<\/p>\n
