Die Vertr\u00e4ge gew\u00e4hren nach dem Vorbild der Staatskirchenvertr\u00e4ge besondere Rechte f\u00fcr die Religionsgemeinschaften, etwa bei Feiertagsregelungen, der Mitbestimmung in Rundfunk- und Fernsehgremien und dergleichen mehr.
