20 zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen und Netzwerke (wsk-Allianz) haben den Vereinten Nationen einen Bericht \u00fcber die Lage der wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und kulturellen Menschenrechte in Deutschland vorgelegt.<\/i><\/p>\n

In diesem Bericht fordern sie unter anderem die Abschaffung des Sachleistungsprinzips im Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz und der 100-Prozent-Sanktionen bei Hartz IV. Weitere menschenrechtliche Anliegen sind die Überprüfung der psychiatrischen Zwangsbehandlung von Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung sowie die Abschaffung der Studiengebühren.<\/p>\n

Am 6. und 9. Mai wird die deutsche Bundesregierung dem UN-Ausschuss für wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Rechte über die Umsetzung dieser Rechte in Deutschland Rechenschaft ablegen. Die Nichtregierungsorganisationen der wsk-Allianz werden bereits am 2. Mai dem Ausschuss die in ihrem Bericht beschriebenen Probleme bei der Umsetzung sozialer Menschenrechte in Deutschland schildern. Im Anschluss wird der UN-Ausschuss Empfehlungen an Deutschland aussprechen.<\/p>\n

Die Allianz für wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Rechte in Deutschland (wsk-Allianz) ist ein ad-hoc Netzwerk bestehend aus 20 zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen, darunter auch die Humanistische Union. Die wsk-Allianz gründete sich im März 2009 mit dem Ziel, einen koordinierten, gemeinschaftlichen Parallelbericht zum Fünften Staatenbericht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland über die Umsetzung des Internationalen Paktes über wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Rechte zu verfassen. Deutschland hat diesen Pakt bereits im Jahr 1973 ratifiziert.<\/p>\n
