Seine Entscheidungen haben dem Wohl des Betreuten zu entsprechen. Wenn eine eindeutige Patientenverf\u00fcgung vorliegt, muss der Betreuer keine eigene Entscheidung mehr treffen. Ihm kommt lediglich die Aufgabe zu, die in der Patientenverf\u00fcgung beschriebene Situation mit der konkreten Situation zu vergleichen, um dann den Willen des Patienten durchzusetzen.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Fall, dass ein Patient nicht mehr bei Bewusstsein ist und keine lebensverl\u00e4ngernden Ma\u00dfnahmen w\u00fcnscht, sollte ein Bevollm\u00e4chtigter in seinem Sinne entscheiden.
