zur Unterrichtung durch die Bundesregierung (BT-Drucks. 15\/3696 Nr. 2.15) vom 26.01.2005, BT-Drucks. 15\/4748<\/p>\n

Der Rechtsausschuss fordert die Bundesregierung auf, bei Verhandlungen \u00fcber die Vorratsdatenspeicherung auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene die Ablehnung des Bundestages von Mindestspeicherungsfristen f\u00fcr Verkehrsdaten zu beachten.
