Mai 2014 eine Sachverst&auml;ndigenanh&ouml;rung durch. F&uuml;r die Humanistische Union nahm Dr. Kirsten Wiese teil. Gegenstand der Anh&ouml;rung war der CDU-Entschlie&szlig;ungsantrag &bdquo;Zwischen christlicher Botschaft und dem Dienst am Gemeinwohl &#8211; Bedeutung der Kirchen in der Gesellschaft anerkennen und unterst&uuml;tzen&ldquo; (LT-Drs. 17\/1102 v. 2.1.2014). Der Antrag orientierte sich an einer Initiative der nordrhein-westf&auml;lischen CDU (s. vorg&auml;nge 203, S. 109).<\/p>\n<p>Der CDU-Antrag forderte die Landesregierung unter anderem auf:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sich zur christlichen Pr&auml;gung des Landes Niedersachsen zu bekennen sowie zum Respekt vor jeder anderen Glaubens&uuml;berzeugung,<\/li>\n<li>die beiden Staatskirchenvertr&auml;ge mit der evangelischen Landeskirche und dem Heiligen Stuhl fortzuschreiben,<\/li>\n<li>den christlichen Religionsunterricht an &ouml;ffentlichen Schulen zu einem konfessionell-kooperativen Religionsunterricht weiterzuentwickeln und auf alle Schuljahrg&auml;nge bzw. alle Schulformen auszuweiten,<\/li>\n<li>den Reformationstag als weiteren gesetzlichen Feiertag in Niedersachsen einzuf&uuml;hren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In ihrer gemeinsam mit Johann-Albrecht Haupt ausgearbeiteten Stellungnahme kritisierte Kirsten Wiese, dass der Antrag z.T. von falschen Voraussetzungen ausgehe (etwa beim angeblichen Mangel an Lehrkr&auml;ften f&uuml;r den Religionsunterricht); von Selbstverst&auml;ndlichkeiten spreche (etwa dem Respekt gegen&uuml;ber allen Glaubens&uuml;berzeugungen und Weltanschauungen) bzw. L&ouml;sungen vorschlage, wo gar keine Probleme benannt oder erkennbar werden (etwa die Finanzierung von sozialen Angeboten der Kirchen). Schlie&szlig;lich fordert der Antrag mit der Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen evangelisch\/katholischen Religionsunterrichts eine Einmischung in interne Angelegenheiten der Religionsgemeinschaften, die mit dem Gebot der staatlichen Neutralit&auml;t in Religionsfragen und den Verfassungsvorgaben zum Religionsunterricht unvereinbar erscheinen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Antrag wurde nach weiteren Beratungen des Parlaments mittlerweile in der Plenarsitzung vom 24.&nbsp;Juli 2014 mehrheitlich abgelehnt (s.
