HU k\u00fcndigt verfassungsrechtliche Pr\u00fcfung an<\/i><\/p>\n

Die B\u00fcrgerrechtsorganisation HUMANISTISCHE UNION (HU) verurteilt die Verabschiedung des „Gesetzes zur Beschr\u00e4nkung des Brief-, Post- und Fernmeldegeheimnisses“ (G 10-Gesetz) durch den Deutschen Bundestag. Erneut werden damit die Abh\u00f6rbefugnisse f\u00fcr Verfassungsschutz und Bundesnachrichtendienst ausgeweitet.
Die HU beanstandet, dass das G 10-Gesetz vom Bundestag ohne \u00f6ffentliche Anh\u00f6rung und ohne ausreichende Beratung in den Aussch\u00fcssen verabschiedet wurde. Kritische Einw\u00e4nde gegen das Gesetz – so auch eine umfangreiche Stellungnahme der HU – wurden praktisch nicht zur Kenntnis genommen.
