Darin sieht die HU eine massive Verletzung des verfassungsm\u00e4\u00dfig garantierten Demonstrationsrecht aller Teilnehmenden.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Der gesamte Zug wird daran gehindert, gemeinsam den von den Verwaltungsgerichten best\u00e4tigten Weg zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl mehrere Busse der Anreisenden stundenlang durch die Polizei aufgehalten worden waren, sind die Veranstaltungen nach Bekunden aller, inklusive der Polizei, am Freitag weitgehend friedlich verlaufen. Das einsch\u00fcchternde Verhalten der Polizei am Samstag widerspricht hingegen jeglicher Verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Offensichtlich hat die Einsatzleitung aus der Kritik an ihrem eskalierenden Vorgehen 2012 nichts gelernt.
