Man stelle sich nur einmal vor, was es f\u00fcr einen Aufschrei geben w\u00fcrde, wenn die heimliche Durchsuchung von Wohnungen legalisiert werden sollte. Hier sieht der Gesetzgeber mit gutem Grund vor, dass die Durchsuchung offen zu erfolgen hat. Es m\u00fcssen sogar neutrale Personen hinzu gezogen werden, wenn der Wohnungsinhaber nicht anwesend ist. Nur so kann eine Kontrolle der Ma\u00dfnahme gew\u00e4hrleistet und jeglicher Missbrauch verhindert werden.
