Der Ermittlungsrichter des Bundesgerichtshofs hat offenbar die systematische Kontrolle von Briefsendungen angeblich militanter G8-Gegner durch den Hamburger Staatsschutz nachtr\u00e4glich f\u00fcr rechtswidrig erkl\u00e4rt. In dem Beschluss vom Mittwoch hei\u00dfe es, dass das Aussortieren von Postsendungen allein Aufgabe der Postbediensteten sei, teilte Rechtsanwalt Fredrik Roggan am Donnerstag in Berlin mit. Roggan hatte als stellvertretender Vorsitzender der B\u00fcrgerrechtsorganisation \u00abHumanistische Union\u00bb Beschwerde gegen die Postbeschlagnahme eingereicht (AZ: 1 BGs 519\/2007). W\u00f6rtlich stehe in der Entscheidung des BGH-Ermittlungsrichters, dass beim Aussortieren von Postsendungen \u00abeine Mitwirkung von Ermittlungsbeamten oder auch des Richters grunds\u00e4tzlich ausgeschlossen\u00bb sei, um die \u00abVertraulichkeit des \u00fcbrigen Postverkehrs nicht zu gef\u00e4hrden\u00bb.\u00a0…
