Neue Osnabr\u00fccker Zeitung, 22.5.2007<\/p>\n

… Einen Teil ihrer Pl\u00e4ne bekamen die Verantwortlichen in Berlin inzwischen von den Richtern um die Ohren gehauen, weil sie deutlich zu tief in die Freiheit der B\u00fcrger einschnitten. Die Verfassungsh\u00fcter erinnerten daran, dass derjenige, der keinen Anlass f\u00fcr ein Eingreifen gegeben hat, von den Beh\u00f6rden nicht behelligt werden darf. Polizei und Geheimdienste d\u00fcrfen B\u00fcrger also nicht ohne Verdacht nur „zur Sicherheit“ kontrollieren. Das sollte im Rechtsstaat selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sein.
