B\u00fcrgerrechtler beklagen eine zunehmende Missachtung
h\u00f6chstrichterlicher Urteile gegen Grundrechts\u00fcbergriffe
durch Gesetzgeber und Polizei. Im Grundrechte-Report 2007, den
neun deutsche Menschen- und B\u00fcrgerrechtsorganisationen gestern
in Karlsruhe vorstellten, \u00fcben die Verfasser insbesondere Kritik
an neuen Landespolizeigesetzen, die den strengen Anforderungen
des Bundesverfassungsgerichts an die Telekommunikations\u00fcberwachung nicht gerecht w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n
