… Ein Streitpunkt ist, ob sich ein sterbewilliger Patient der Unterst\u00fctzung Dritter durch die Leistung von Sterbehilfe bedienen darf. Ja, sagt der Jurist K\u00e4mpfer. Auch die aktive Sterbehilfe und die Beihilfe zur Selbstt\u00f6tung fallen f\u00fcr ihn unter das Verf\u00fcgungsrecht \u00fcber das eigene Leben. Der Anwalt und Verfassungsrechtler Till M\u00fcller-Heidelberg stimmt ihm zu.
