Manifest für die Krimi­na­li­sie­rung von Ökozid.<\/h1>\n

Wir leben in einem einzigartigen Moment in der Geschichte der Menschheit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die jahrzehntelang ungestraft begangene massive Sch\u00e4digung und Zerst\u00f6rung von \u00d6kosystemen – \u00d6kozid – hat zur derzeitigen Klimakrise, zum Zusammenbruch der Biodiversit\u00e4t und der Zunahme schwerer Umweltsch\u00e4den gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Das gef\u00e4hrdet unsere Zukunft und die aller Lebewesen, da dies die lebenserhaltenden Systeme der Erde selbst beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Die nahe Zukunft unseres Planeten wird von den Entscheidungen und Ma\u00dfnahmen abh\u00e4ngen, die wir heute treffen. Die bestehenden Vertr\u00e4ge, Abkommen und Zivilklagen haben die weltweite Zerst\u00f6rung unser aller Lebensgrundlage nicht stoppen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Es ist offensichtlich, dass wir die Regeln \u00e4ndern m\u00fcssen. Jetzt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Zeit ist gekommen, den internationalen Straftatbestand \u00d6KOZID einzuf\u00fchren, um einen dauerhaften Schutz allen Lebens auf der Erde zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

Daher fordern alle unterzeichnenden Organisationen die deutsche Bundesregierung auf:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Sprechen Sie sich \u00f6ffentlich f\u00fcr die Anerkennung von \u00d6kozid als internationales Verbrechen aus.<\/li>\n
  • Schlie\u00dfen Sie sich damit den L\u00e4ndern an, die bereit sind das R\u00f6mische Statut des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofes (IStGH) zu \u00e4ndern, um \u00d6kozid als f\u00fcnftes Verbrechen gegen den Frieden, neben V\u00f6lkermord, Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit, Kriegsverbrechen und dem Verbrechen der Aggression, aufzunehmen.<\/li>\n
  • Schaffen Sie damit eine effektive Abschreckung f\u00fcr die Verantwortlichen, die im Rahmen der bestehenden Strafrechtssysteme durchsetzbar ist.<\/li>\n
  • Schaffen Sie damit globale Rahmenbedingungen, die f\u00fcr eine faire und nachhaltige Weltwirtschaft notwendig sind.<\/li>\n
  • Schaffen Sie damit ein Leitsystem zur Wettbewerbsgleichheit mit einer Sorgfaltspflicht f\u00fcr die Erde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
