Mai vom HU-Beiratsmitglied Prof. Dr. Walter Jens in Berlin vorgestellt werden. Zum Doppeljubil\u00e4um &#132;40 plus 10&#147; Jahre nach Inkrafttreten des Grundgesetzes verweist der j\u00e4hrliche alternative Verfassungs-Schutz-Bericht (Reihe rororo aktuell) in gewohnt kritisch-sachlicher Weise auf b\u00fcrger- und menschenrechtliche Schwachstellen im Staatsbetrieb und gibt einen jahresaktuellen \u00dcberblick zur Lage der B\u00fcrger- und Menschenrechte hierzulande. Die kurzen und dennoch pr\u00e4zisen Berichte sind entsprechend dem Grundrechtskatalog des Grundgesetzes aufgef\u00fchrt und lassen sich so auch als alternativer B\u00fcrgerrechtskommentar lesen. Das ambitionierte Buchprojekt erscheint in Kooperation der Gustav Heinemann-Initiative, des Komitee f\u00fcr Grundrechte und Demokratie, des Bundesarbeitskreises kritischer JuristInnen sowie der Humanistischen Union. HU-Mitglieder erhalten den Grundrechte-Report nach Erscheinen kostenlos zugesendet.<\/p>\n<p>Der genaue Ort und die Uhrzeit (vorauss. 15.00 Uhr) f\u00fcr die Buchpr\u00e4sentation standen bei Redaktionsschlu\u00df noch nicht fest.
