Darin sprachen sich die Parlamentarier_innen f&uuml;r eine st&auml;rkere Achtung von k&ouml;rperlicher Integrit&auml;t, Autonomie und Selbstbestimmung bei k&ouml;rperlichen Eingriffen an Kindern aus. Zu den problematischen Eingriffen z&auml;hlt die Resolution vor allem die weibliche Genitalverst&uuml;mmelung, die Genitalbeschneidung bei minderj&auml;hrigen Jungen, geschlechtsfestlegende Eingriffe bei intersexuellen Kindern u.a. andere nicht-medizinisch indizierte Eingriffe (wie Piercings). Solche Eingriffe w&uuml;rden h&auml;ufig damit gerechtfertigt, dass sie zum Wohle der Kinder erfolgten &#8211; was jedoch nicht der Fall sein m&uuml;sse. In der Resolution werden die Mitgliedsstaaten u.a. aufgefordert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Verbreitung\/H&auml;ufigkeit jener Eingriffe bei Kindern in ihren L&auml;ndern zu erfassen,<\/li>\n<li>die schlimmsten Formen (v.a. weibliche Genitalverst&uuml;mmelung) gesetzlich zu verbieten und eine effektive Strafverfolgung (auch extraterritorial) zu erm&ouml;glichen;<\/li>\n<li>die Aufmerksamkeit f&uuml;r den integrit&auml;tsverletzenden Charakter solcher Eingriffe zu st&auml;rken sowie den Grundsatz der (weitest m&ouml;glichen) Beteiligung der Kinder an solchen Entscheidungen zu f&ouml;rdern (z.B.
