Auf der Grundlage des Regierungsberichtes sowie alternativer Stellungnahmen der Zivilgesellschaft beurteilten die Vertreter der internationalen Staatengemeinschaft die deutsche Menschenrechtslage und gaben zahlreiche Empfehlungen ab. Bem&auml;ngelt wurden u.a. die mangelnde Vorsorge gegen den Rassismus in Polizei und Gesellschaft; die zu geringe Sensibilit&auml;t f&uuml;r und Ahndung von rassistisch motivierten Straftaten; die fehlende Unabh&auml;ngigkeit bei der Kontrolle mutma&szlig;licher Polizei&uuml;bergriffe; die Diskriminierung religi&ouml;ser Minderheiten in Schulgesetzen und im &ouml;ffentlichen Dienst.<br \/>Die Bundesregierung wies die meisten Einsch&auml;tzungen und Empfehlungen zur&uuml;ck.
