Wir leben in transformativen Zeiten. Die Digitalisierung ver\u00e4ndert unsere Arbeitswelt, der Klimawandel, die Energiewende, Globalisierung, soziale Ungerechtigkeit, nachhaltige Lebens-weisen, Migration usw., machen Ver\u00e4nderungen erforderlich. Der Einsatz digitaler Systeme kann helfen, die Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen und zugleich entstehen gro\u00dfe, f\u00fcr freiheitliche Gesellschaften gef\u00e4hrliche \u00dcberwachungspotentiale. Wie sehen Leitlinien f\u00fcr eine gemeinwohlorientierte, menschenzentrierte Gestaltung der Technologie in einer demokratischen Gesellschaft aus?<\/p>\n

*Der WBGU (Wissenschaftliche Beirat der Bundesregierung Globale Umweltver\u00e4nderungen) ist ein Beratungsgremium der Bundesregierung. Er soll u.a. globale Umwelt- und Entwicklungsprobleme zu analysieren und dar\u00fcber in Gutachten zu berichten und natio-nale und internationale Forschung auf dem Gebiet des Globalen Wandels auszuwerten, bzw. Forschungsdefizite aufzeigen. Fragt sich, wo dessen Arbeit f\u00fcr die HU von Interesse ist. Nun, Thema 2019 war „Unsere gemeinsame digitale Zukunft“ und die Frage, wie man die Digitalisierung in den Dienst nachhaltiger Entwicklung stellen kann.<\/p>\n
