In Ausgabe 1\/2019 der Mitteilungen berichteten wir von unserem Versuch, die landeseigene Kapelle Tennenbach f\u00fcr eine Veranstaltung zum Thema Trennung von Staat und Kirche zu nutzen. Das Amt Verm\u00f6gen und Bau Freiburg verweigerte uns die Genehmigung der Veranstaltung: Aufgrund einer Vereinbarung von 1897 habe die katholische Kirchengemeinde ein alleiniges Bestimmungsrecht \u00fcber die Nutzung der Kapelle. Das halten wir f\u00fcr rechtswidrig und haben daher jetzt Klage beim Verwaltungsgericht Freiburg erhoben. Dazu unser Landesvorsitzender Udo Kau\u00df: „Nat\u00fcrlich kann und soll die Kirche die Kapelle nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Dieses Recht wird nicht bestritten. Die Verweigerung dieses mit unser aller Steuermittel unterhaltenen landeseigenen Raumes ohne sachliche Begr\u00fcndung ist willk\u00fcrlich und rechtswidrig. Dies verst\u00f6\u00dft gegen das Gebot der weltanschaulichen Neutralit\u00e4t des Staates.
