Sie sind mit grund- und menschenrechtlichen Fragen vertraut, kennen aktuelle bürgerrechtliche Debatten im Bereich Datenschutz, Innere Sicherheit, Transparenz staatlichen Handelns, Religionsfreiheit oder Sterbehilfe? Sie können bürgerrechtliche Probleme sachgerecht und verständlich für Briefings, Hintergrundartikel oder Reden aufbereiten? Sie sind fähig, mit den Verbandsmitgliedern wie auch mit Journalist*innen, Politiker*innen oder anderen Aktiven zu kommunizieren. Und zuletzt sind Sie auch in der Lage, ein kleines Team zu leiten.<\/p>\n

Dann suchen wir Sie: Die Bürgerrechtsorganisation „Humanistische Union e.V.“ schreibt zum 1. Februar 2019 die Stelle einer Geschäftsführerin \/ eines Geschäftsführers <\/b>aus.<\/p>\n

Als Geschäftsführer*in leiten Sie die Bundesgeschäftsstelle der Organisation im Berliner Haus der Demokratie und Menschenrechte und sind gemeinsam mit dem ehrenamtlichen Bundesvorstand für die Aktivitäten des Verbandes verantwortlich. Ihr Team besteht neben Ihnen aus einer Assistentin für Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben, Praktikant*innen und ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen sowie gegebenenfalls Projektmitarbeiter*innen. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt derzeit 30 Stunden. Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beläuft sich derzeit auf 2.400 Euro.<\/p>\n

Zu den ständigen Aufgaben der*des Stelleninhaber*in gehören<\/p>\n

• die Leitung der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Vereins (in Zusammenarbeit mit den sachlich zuständigen Vorstandsmitgliedern)<\/p>\n

• die redaktionelle Betreuung der Vereinswebseite sowie des Social-Media-Engagements<\/p>\n

• die Vertretung des Vereins in Netzwerken und  themenbezogenen Kooperationen<\/p>\n

• die Koordination und Unterstützung der laufenden Arbeiten des Bundesvorstands<\/p>\n

• ggf. Steuerung mittelfristiger Projekte und Schwerpunktvorhaben des Verbandes<\/p>\n

• die Vorbereitung von Fachtagungen und größeren Veranstaltungen<\/p>\n

• der regelmäßige Kommunikation mit den Regionalgruppen, dem Beirat und den Mitgliedern sowie die Erstellung der Verbandszeitschrift (in Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand und den Regionalgruppen)<\/p>\n

• die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der jährlichen Mitgliederversammlung<\/p>\n

• die Mitarbeit bei der Haushaltsplanung, den Finanzabschlüssen und beim laufenden Controlling der Einnahmen und Ausgaben des Vereins.<\/p>\n
