Mitteilungen Nr. 221 (2\/2013), S. 3-4<\/p>\n

Die 23. Delegiertenkonferenz der HU wählte am 1. Juni 2013 turnusgemäß einen neuen Bundesvorstand. Mit der Neuwahl war ein personeller Neustart verbunden: Rosemarie Will stand aus persönlichen Gründen nicht mehr für das Amt der Vorsitzenden zur Verfügung. Ferner traten Christoph Bruch, Nils Leopold und Jens Puschke aufgrund ihrer beruflichen Belastungen nicht mehr zur Vorstandswahl an. Nachfolgend stellen wir den neuen Bundesvorsitzenden, Werner Koep-Kerstin (der die laufenden Geschäfte bereits seit Herbst vergangenen Jahres leitet) sowie die weiteren Mitglieder des neuen Vorstands kurz vor.<\/p>\n

Werner Koep-Kerstin<\/a>  
Studium der Politischen Wissenschaften (MA) und Staatsexamen als Historiker; früherer Mitarbeiter des Bundespresseamtes, Auslandsaufenthalt 1994-1998 (USA); Sprecher der Gustav Heinemann-Initiative bis 2009.
Schwerpunkte: Frieden, Militär und zivile Konfliktlösungen, Medienpolitik, Kontakt zu Plattform Zivile Konfliktbearbeitung, Zeitschrift vorgänge<\/p>\n

Norman Bäuerle   <\/a>
Jurist, Unternehmensberater und betrieblicher Datenschutzbeauftragter.
Schwerpunkte: Persönlichkeitsrechte, Netzpolitik<\/p>\n

Tobias Baur   <\/a>
Dipl. Verwaltungswissenschaftler. Tätigkeit im Bereich der Projektbegleitung und Organisationsentwicklung für Sozialorganisationen sowie Unternehmensverantwortung. Engagiert im Vorstand des LV Berlin-Brandenburg sowie im Bundesnetzwerk Bürgerschaftliches Engagement.
Schwerpunkte: Finanzen, Organisationsentwicklung, Partizipation und Engagementpolitik<\/p>\n

Anja Heinrich <\/a>

Martin Kutscha<\/a>  <\/p>\n

Geb. 1948 in Bremen, Studium der Rechtswiss. in Kiel, Marburg und Hamburg. Seit 1990 Professor für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. Mitglied im Bundesvorstand der deutschen Sektion der IALANA sowie Menschenrechtsbeauftragter der VDJ.
Schwerpunkte: Grundrechte, insbes. Versammlungsfreiheit, Datenschutz,  Innere Sicherheit und Internet, Verfassungsfragen der Friedenssicherung<\/p>\n

Helga Lenz<\/a>  <\/p>\n

Kirsten Wiese <\/a> 
Dr. jur., Jahrgang 1972, ist seit 2009 Referentin in der Bremer Landesverwaltung, derzeit bei der Senatorin für Finanzen. 2004–2008 Referentin im Justiziariat der bündnisgrünen Bundestagsfraktion, 2008 Promotion zu „Lehrerinnen mit Kopftuch. Zur Zulässigkeit eines religiösen und geschlechtsspezifischen Symbols im Staatsdienst“.
