August 2009 den Verschmelzungsvertrag. Zusammen mit den Beschl&uuml;ssen der Mitglieder- bzw.<\/p>\n<p>Delegiertenversammlungen wurden die Unterlagen anschlie&szlig;end bei den Registergerichten in M&uuml;nchen und Berlin eingereicht, um die Vereinigung der beiden Organisationen zu registrieren.
