(NE) Nina Eschke, geboren 1982 in Berlin, hat am 1. April ihre Arbeit als Webredakteurin der Humanistischen Union aufgenommen. Sie wird u.a. das Online-Angebot der HU zu den Themenbereichen Bürgerrechte und Privatsphäre im digitalen Zeitalter, Selbstbestimmung am Lebensende und direkte Demokratie und Volksbegehren erweitern.<\/p>\n
Nach ihrem Studium der Internationalen Politik und Wirtschaft an der University of Sussex in Brighton\/Großbritannien absolvierte sie einen einjährigen Masterstudiengang in Europawissenschaften am Zentrum für Europäische Integrationsforschung in Bonn. Während der Studienzeit arbeitete sie in der Informations- und Kommunikationsabteilung der Vertretung der Europäischen Kommission, bei der Deutschen Gesellschaft e.V. und in der Europaabteilung des Auswärtigen Amts in Berlin.
Erste journalistische Erfahrungen sammelte Nina Eschke bereits während ihres Studiums in Bonn als hauptverantwortliche Redakteurin eines Diskussionspapiers über die Europäische Verfassung. Sie war für einige Zeit in der Redaktion der Zeitschrift für Internationale Politik tätig und arbeitete bis Anfang diesen Jahres als Redaktionsassistentin in einer Nachrichtenagentur in Berlin. Danach belegte sie bei der DAA-Medienakademie einen Kurs in Online-Journalismus.
