Mitteilungen Nr.176 S.104<\/p>\n

In der Ausgabe 175 (II\/September) der Mitteilungen der HUMANISTISCHEN UNION e.V. werden in dem Artikel „Viel L\u00e4rm um nichts? Der BAKJ und der Grundrechte-Report“ der Autorin Constanze Oehlrich auf Seite 74 unzutreffende Tatsachen \u00fcber mich verbreitet.
Es wird behauptet, ich h\u00e4tte eine Protestschrift, die bei einer Pr\u00e4sentationsveranstaltung f\u00fcr den Grundrechte-Report 2000 verlesen wurde, bei der Zeitschrift Forum Recht f\u00fcr die Ausgabe 02\/2000 mit Bitte eingereicht, diese zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p>\n

Diese Behauptung ist unwahr. Richtig ist vielmehr, dass vom zust\u00e4ndigen Redakteur der Zeitschrift Forum Recht f\u00fcr die Rubrik Sammelsurium ein Kurzbericht \u00fcber die Pr\u00e4sentation mit Zeichenvorgabe angefragt und von mir auftragsgem\u00e4\u00df bei der Redaktion eingereicht wurde.<\/p>\n
