Sichtbar globalisiert ist zumindest das Internet,<br \/>erlaubt es doch einen weltweiten Datenaustausch innerhalb<br \/>von Sekunden.<br \/>Seine rasante Entwicklung hat Auswirkungen auf viele Lebensbereiche<br \/>im Alltag. Auch b\u00fcrgerrechtliche Fragen sind damit<br \/>verkn\u00fcpft: Schafft das Internet mehr Information, mehr Transparenz<br \/>und mehr Demokratie oder erm\u00f6glicht es mehr \u00dcberwachung<br \/>und Kontrolle? Wie steht es um den Datenschutz im<br \/>www? Wer erh\u00e4lt Zugang zum Internet und kann dort Informationen<br \/>abrufen oder hinterlegen?<br \/>Bevor wir uns um solche Fragen Gedanken machen k\u00f6nnen,<br \/>sollte zun\u00e4chst unsere eigene Homepage auf den aktuellen<br \/>Sachstand gebracht werden. Die weiteren Diskussionen k\u00f6nnen<br \/>dann anf\u00e4nglich per e-Mail gef\u00fchrt werden. Dabei soll<br \/>\u00fcber Arbeitsweise und Terminkoordination des &#132;Arbeitskreis<br \/>Demokratisches Internet&#147; (AKDI) diskutiert werden.<br \/>Ein Treffen der HU-homepage-Interessierten findet im Anschlu\u00df<br \/>an die diesj\u00e4hrige Delegiertenkonferenz am Sonntag,<br \/>16.
